We are based in California. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier or weather delays. Carriers do not pick up or deliver on weekends.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders may begin processing immediately upon submission. For this reason, cancellations, modifications, or address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Customer service inquiries are reviewed within up to 48 business hours. Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be stopped prior to fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products. Once an item leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee it has not been opened, used, or altered.

If you believe a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be returned for inspection. If confirmed to be defective, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
