>> We are based in California, and orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 days depending on where you are located. Delivery may take a bit longer during busy seasons or in cases of weather delays. Please keep in mind that carriers do not pick up on weekends.

RETURNS: We don’t accept returns on skincare items, as opened products cannot be resold for safety reasons. If a product appears defective, the customer must ship it back for review. If it’s determined to be defective, we’ll issue a refund for the item, excluding shipping costs.
